It has been four years and 216 days in a row since I shook off my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the twelfth successive day and over 19-time
push-ups for the fifty-first straight day.
Actually, it's so hot and so humid.
I may not be able to do walking after this year's summer heat.....and really have to
be careful about dehydration and heat attack.
Anyway, let's survive!!!!
