Five years and 325 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to reasume push-ups from 18 times and I hope to continue this level
as long as possible.

It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya with a little strong wind today but
I felt not so chilly on my way to the workplace by bike.
Now, I've noticed that a certain level of loneliness can calm down me.
So, I can also say some loneliness has preventive effect against accidents.
