Daily Routine

Push-ups：１８＋３ times
Walking　：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１０ minutes

It has been five years and 300 days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups yesterday again by
only one time to 18 times and I hope to continue this level.

Weather ladies said yesterday that today's highest temperature will be over
30 degrees, espaecially 32 degrees in Nagoya and perhaps some parts of Japan
can see the hottest day for October due maily to the influence of the typhoon #18.
Anyway, never let our guard down against the typhoon, which is about to head east.
If possible, I really hope the typhoon will pass a little more northerly path.
