Five years and 302 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the fifth straight day
including the most recent three days of 18 times of them.

It's greatly sunny for the first time in a very long time, I feel.
And the winds are crisp though it's a little bit strong.
Exactly the typhoon #18 must have brought clear skies with its passing.
I really hope such nice days will continue as long as possible....please.
