I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 318 days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 17-time push-ups for the eighth consecutive
day including the latest five days of 20-time push-ups.
It's cloudy in Nagoya and I feel it's a little cold rather than cool,
which makes me feel this year's winter is just coming soon.
I usually start using an electric foot warmer from late October, so
I may have to prepare for it in a few days.
Anyway, I have to get mentally prepared for the coming winter.
