Five years and 310 days in a row have passed since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday simply because I had no time to do them.
I hope to resume them as soon as possible.

I went to Nagara-gawa River estuary barrage and enjoyed its exhibition facility
and the view from the walkway on the estuary barrage.
I could cross the Nagara-gawa River through the walkway, which took about 15 minutes.
By the way, it's steadily getting colder and colder....
I feel it's much colder in this autumn than usual.
I sometimes have a little sore throat....maybe I have to be careful.
