I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 324 days in a row.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday simply because I didn't feel like doing them.
I hope to resume them as soon as possible.

It's raining now in Nagoya though it wasn't raining while I was riding a bike
on my way to the workplace, so I must have been very lucky.
I've fully realized again that it's very miserable that one's human rights are ignored.
And I think a right to privacy should be added to fundamental human rights.
