It has been five years and 317 days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the fourth successive day and
more than 17-time push-ups for the seventh straight day.

It's sunny and I feel it's a little cool today in Nagoya.
I'd like to enjoy walking on such a typically autumnal day.
Anyway, fall is too short to enjoy its nice weather to my heart's content.
Winter will come soon, so I'd like to do a middle-distance walking
in the near future before it's got too cold.
