I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 327 days in a row.
I also was able to keep 18-time push-ups for the third straight day.
I think I have to resume jogging-on-the-spot to prevent low back pain.

It is pretty cloudy in Nagoya and I feel it's a little cold.
I've begun using a pair of fingerless gloves in using my personal computer.
Anyway, it was the coldest this morning and I've got a little sore throat.
I might have caught a cold.....and I have to take care of myself.
