I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 298 days in a row.
I was able to resume push-ups from 16 times yesterday and I hope to
continue them as long as possible.

It's cloudy in Nagoya and it looks like it's going to start raining soon.
I'm afraid the typhoon #18 might veer away to the east, which means there
is a possibility for the typhoon to pass through the Japanese archipelago
and hit directly Nagoya.
Anyway, Japan has seen more typhoons this year than usual...Let's survive again.
