It has been five years and 306 days in a row since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 19-time push-ups for the second successive day and
more than 15-time push-ups for the ninth straight day.

It's crisp in Nagoya today for the first time in a very long time.
It's not hot or not cold with low humidity with plenty of sunlight.
I really hope such a nice day will continue for ever.
...and I really hope that those callous people will disappear now.
They hang out their laundries in a way that they touch my bike.
