Push-ups：２０ times
Walking：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 236 days in a row.
I also was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the fifth consecutive day and
resume standing-on-one-leg for 10 minutes each for the first time in two days.

From today I began feeling a little cold while riding a bike to my workplace.
There are a lot of things to do before this year's full-blown wintry cold comes,
but actually I feel like enjoying the last proper period for walking.
Last night I found the way of getting rid of temporary files and images
in the temp folder in my PC.
Then I hope I can secure a minimum of privacy protection.
Now I'm wondering if I can enable temporary files to be deleted automatically.
