I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 320 days in a row.
I haven't done walking for the second consecutive day and I have to
do it today before I have back pain.

This year's October is warmer than usual for sure because I got a
little sweaty on my way to the workplace by bike.
If I remember right, I should have begun feeling a little chilled
and my feet should have got a little cold every year around this time.
But actually, it's a little hot in Nagoya today.

this winter will be warmer than usual.
