It has been four years and 305 days in a row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I really managed to try increasing the number of push-ups by one more time
to 22 times, and kept more than 14-time push-ups for the 22nd consecutive day.
I've heard that while you are young, you will feel tired on the day, but
as you get older, fatigue must be setting in on the next day.
Actually I had not believes that, but....well....now I'm feeling it's true.
Two days ago, I did a three-hour walking through a few unfamiliar towns and
actually I feel more tired today than yesterday.
Well.....I have to admit that I've got old.
