It has been four years and 313 days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I resumed push-ups from 20 times yesterday, but I've felt a little pain in my right wrist.
I'm wondering if I should stop doing push-ups until the pain has gone.

It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya today again with no clouds in the blue skies.
The temperatures are not so high or not so low, which means it's one of the
typically autumnal weather days.
The rice fields on my way to the workplace has completely turned yellow and
golden rice ears are bowing.
The harvest day must be just around the corner.
Tomorrow will be sunny again and tomorrow is one of the Nagoya Festival days,
but I'm really afraid I have to work tomorrow......Tough.
