It has been four years and 235 days in a row since I shook off my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the fourth straight day and I felt
my body was a little heavy due mainly to drinking too much the previous night.
It was greatly sunny again in Nagoya with the forecast highest temperature
of 21 degrees, which I think is rather higher for this time of year, indeed.
Anyway, weather reports say it will get much colder in the mornings and evenings.
And actually I've begun feeling it's relatively cold especially in the evenings.
From today, I start wearing a pair of blue jean pants instead of cotton pants for summer.
Which means.....the end of this year's autumn is steadily drawing nearer and nearer.
