It has been four years and 319 days in a row since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
Since I haven't done push-ups for the fifth straight day, I'm a little
afraid that my arms' muscles have been weakened.

I've had a little sore throat since this morning maybe due to the nasal
congestion while sleeping.
I took a pack of cold medicine and sucked two candies made of 100% honey.
Some cherry trees have begun turning yellowish or reddish and others
have started shedding their leaves.
It makes me feel as if I could hear the sound of this winter's step.
