Four years and 315 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday and I'm going to avoid them for several days
for fear of the pain in my right wrist.

It's again greatly sunny today in Nagoya with favoring temperatures
unlike yesterday's summerlike heat.
I think it rare that the highest temperature rose up to 27.5 degrees
in Nagoya, which is called "summery day" or "Natsubi" in Japanese.
Anyway, I have to enjoy autumnal weather before it gets cold.
