Four years and 312 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday bue to a little remaining fatigue from the
drinking session with my best friend the day before yesterday.
I hope to resume them as soon as possible.

It's greatly sunny today though weather forecasts say it will turn for the worse.
I'd like to do a walking under the blue sky, but I have to work today.
Well, I think I will plan another middle-distance walking....maybe two hours or so.
It's true that nothing happens without a purpose or a target.
