It has been four years and 316 days in a row since I broke my smoking habit.
I have not done jogging-on-the-spot for a long time simply because I
don't have enough time.....actually it would be better to do that, though.

I feel it's a little humid in Nagoya today and I'm wondering if
southern winds are blowing around here.
I found that rice harvest in some rice fields on my way to the workplace
have just begun, which means this year's winter is steadily coming.
Unusually it has been rather warm or a little hot these several days
for October and I am likely to be careless about temperature difference.
