菜花のからし和え
今の時期、菜花(菜の花)美味しい。茹でた菜の花を、味噌・めんつゆと練りからしで和えるだけの料理です。

➀鍋にお湯を沸かし、塩を入れ菜の花100g半部に切り2分程茹で冷水に取り、水気をよく絞る。
①ボウルに白味噌大匙3・めんつゆ大匙3と練りからし小匙1を混ぜ合わせたら➀を加えてよく和える。
②器に盛り付けたら完成。
*ツナ缶・胡麻・鰹節を使うのも良い。
