I have been able to keep smoke-free for nine years and three
hundred and forty-two days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the three
hundred and twenty-sixth consecutive day including the latest
ten days of 22-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again with the forecasted
highest temperature of 20 degrees although this morning was
normally but very cold at 8.6 degrees.
Very happily, weather ladies say that tomorrow's highest
temperature will be as high as 22 degrees.
I am really looking forward to tomorrow and would like to enjoy
the sunlight precisely because winter cold is just around the corner.

I have been able to be a non-smoker for nine years and three
hundred and forty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the ninth successive
day and over 9-time push-ups for the three hundred and twenty-
fifth straight day.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya today again with
the predicted highest temperature of as high as 21 degrees.
Now, there are completely no clouds in the blue skies with
plenty of sunlight, which makes me feel peaceful and relieved.
On such a nice day, I am really tempted to go out somewhere,
but actually I have to work today....it cannot be helped.

since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and Ifeel it is a little cold
althoug the current temperature is 17.8 degrees.
Unfortunately, I got just a little sore throat this morning.
I'm wondering if I should wear one more item of clothing.
It is often said that getting cold will lead to a decline in
the immune system, thus making us susceptible to an infection.

it is pretty cold with the current temperature of 14.6 degrees.
Today again, I was nearly killed by a callous driver on my way
to the workplace.
He hit the accelerator without using a turn signal while I was
riding my bike just beside his car to pass his parked car.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years
and three hundred and thirty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the three hundred
and twenty-first consecutive day including the latest five days of
22-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and there was almost completely no
cloud in the blue skies while I was riding my bike on my way to
the workplace.
Despite such nice weather, I saw a traffic accident site near my
house, where a car was completely overturned with its four wheels
completely turning up, and the other car clashed against a railing.
I don't need to talk a lot, and I have been sure that my hometown is
always full of dangerous drivers.
