I have been able to keep smoke-free for nine years and three hundred
and thirty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the three hundred
and eighteenth consecutive day including the most recent two days of
22-time push-ups.
It has been quite cloudy in Nagoya since early this morning and it
is actually dark with thick rainy clouds and it looks like it is
going to start raining pretty soon.
Although the highest temperature is forecasted to be 16 degrees
and actually now it is 15.6 degrees, I feel it is cold maybe because
of lack of sunlight.
Anyway, perhaps I should eat something hot.
