It has been nine years and three hundred and forty-eight days
in a row since I decide against smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the fourth straight day
and at least 10-time push-ups for the three hundred and thirty-
second consecutive day.

There had been very warm days in Nagoya, but actually today, we
have a little cold north wind although this morning's lowest
temperature was still as high as 13.5 degrees.
Anyway, winter cold is getting back to the Tokai region again,
so I will really have to guard against catching a cold again.
By any measure, I may not be able to deny the mild-winter trend.

Nine years and three hundred and forty-six days in a row have
passed since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the three hundred
and thirtieth successive day including the most recent two days
of 23-time push-ups.

It is now overcast in Nagoya and it is a little dark although
it was sunny after a little rain while I was riding my bike on
my way to the workplace.
Surprisingly, this morning was really warm with the lowest
temperature of as high as 16.1 degrees.
And after I got to my workplace at 9:06, I felt hot and I took
off my clothing except one undershirt.
According to weather reports on the Internet, now it is 24.6
degrees......Well, Nagoya might see a Natsubi today.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years
and three hundred and forty-five days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to
23 times and keep more than 9-time push-ups for the three hundred
and twenty-ninth consecutive day.

Although it was pretty cloudy while I was riding my bike on my
way to the workplace, now it is sunny with plenty of sunlight.
There are almost completely no clouds in the blue skies.
I would like to restart today with a fresh resolution to challenge
myself to further improve my English skills, especially speaking
skills, in order to beat my sense of being bad at English.

I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the twelfth successive
day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the three hundred and
twenty-eighth straight day.

It is sunny in Nagoya and I feel it is a little colder than
yesterday maybe because of a cold wind although today's highest
temperature is forecasted to be as high as 22 degrees.
I enjoyed a walking yesterday which was one of the perfect days
for doing a walking, but actually today I cannot afford to do so.
For my own personal reason, I would like to spend tomorrow very
peacefully and meaningfully.
