Nine years and three hundred and twenty-nine days in a row have
passed since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by just one time
again to 20 times, and kept over 9-time push-ups for the three
hundred and thirteenth consecuitve day.
It has been cloudy in Nagoya since early this morning and it
is a little dark, so it looks like it is going to start raining
pretty soon just like weather ladies forecasted last night.
After the 4-hour walking on Wednesday last week, I have strated
resuming physical exercises little by little and I really hope
that I can carry out another 4-hour walking some day.
