I have been able to do without smoking for nine years and three
hundred and fifty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the three hundred
and thirty-fifth successive day including the most recent seven
days of 23-time push-ups.
It is greatly and beautifully sunny now in Nagoya and there
are completely no clouds in the navy-blue skies.
This morning was really cold with the lowest temperature of 7.8
degrees, down 6.4 degrees from yesterday, which made me feel
it was severe cold.
Now it is about 14 degrees, but actually I feel it is much colder.
Anyway, I have to do everything I can do not to catch a cold.
