It has been nine years and three hundred and thirty days in a
row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one time
to 21 times and kept at least 10-time push-ups for the three
hundred and fourteenth successive day.

After a cold rain yeaterday, it is greatly, beautifully sunny
today and there were almost no clouds in the blue sky on my
way to the workplace by bike.
The number of newly-infected patients with the coronavirus in
Hokkaido was 96 on Monday, which must be surprising and surpassed
that in Tokyo, 86, for the first time.....OMG!
