It has been seven years and one hundred and sixty-seven days in a row since I
broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one year and fourteenth
consecutive day including the latest five days of 18-time push-ups.
It's normally sunny in Nagoya today but actually I feel a little hot.
I've noticed recently that I've come to prone to get tired easily.
Since I will be sixty years old or Kanreki in Japanese in the very near
future, I may have to be careful about overwork in everything.
I still have a lot of things I want to do.
Anyway, I have to fully realize I'm not young and I have to cherish my time.
