I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and one hundred and forty-seven days in a row.
I managed to try increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 14 times and
kept greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and ninety-fourth straight day.
It's sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel a little cold indoors at my workplace.
After I did a total of 105-minute walking yesterday, I felt pretty much fatigue
in my legs, and so now I'm wondering if I should not do a long walking today.
The weather is nice for walking, but working too hard must be a bad thing.
By the way, the other day, I had a glass of iced coffee at one of the Starbucks'
for the first time in my life.....to be honest, it's a little too sour for me.
I'll never try Starbucks for the rest of my life.
