I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and one hundred and sixty-eight days in a row.
I was also able to keep 18-time push-ups for the sixth successive day and over
9-time push-ups for the one year and one hundred and fifteenth straight day.
It's sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya today, but I don't like today's
weather very much because it's actually humid.
Very happily, the pain I got in my low back on Monday has almost completely
gone and I was able to do push-ups without any fear of the pain.
However, the pain in my neck is still here and it's really persistent.
Anyway, I have to enjoy sunny weather more before the rainy season starts.
