I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and one hundred and fifty-nine days in a row.
I was able to inrease the number of push-ups by only one time to 17 times, and
kept over 9-time push-ups for the one year and one hundred and sixth straight day.
After the 4-hour walking, I resumed a short-distance walking from 47 minutes.
And I really hope to do another long-distance walking before this year's
rainy season has come, if I can be well-prepared for it.
Actually, it's a little humid in Nagoya today like one of the days in a rainy
season, and it's slightly cloudy.
Now I'm afraid that this year's rainy season might begin earlier than usual.
