I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and eleven days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the three hundred and twenty-third
consecutive day including the most recent two days of 22 times of them.

It's sunny again in Nagoya today and actually I feel especially cold these few
days though I don't know the reason exactly........
Simply because I might have had a cold, I'm afraid.
I suspect these days' wintry cold has made me feel tired just after waking up
in the morning and made me feel it difficult to get up from my bed.
Anyway, I need much more warmth and sunlight and ....maybe....hope, I guess.＾＾；

I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and ten days in a row.
I decreased the number of push-ups by just one time to 22 times due maily to
the wintry cold, and kept over 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and
twenty-second straight day.

A very large iron-made trash box, a large amout of dirty cardboard, a broken
chair and many other things inside the common space are the very cumber.
I really don't understand why they think they can put them.
It might not be impossible that they are simply ignorant or backward in common sense.
Anyway, the most important thing for me should be to spend each day meaningfully.

I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and nine days in a row.
I was also able to keep 23-time push-ups for the sixteenth consecutive day and
more than 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and twenty-first successive day.

It's sunny with a lot of sunlight, but actually it's very cold, I feel.
Now I'm wearing two pairs of socks doubly and I feel it's really effective
to protect feet against wintry cold.
Anyway, the end of 2017 is steadily drawing nearer and nearer.
It must be good that I have finised writing my New Year's cards.
It only ramains for me to put them in the post box.

It has been seven years and eight days in a row since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the three hundred and twentieth
straight day including the latest fifteen days of 23-time push-ups.

It's averagely sunny in Nagoya today but actually it's very cold with the
predicted highest temperature of only six degrees.
I've felt very happy to have got an email from my old friend for the first
time in about half a year, who has lived in the United States for several years.
Actually, I envy her a little and if possible, I really would like to go to
LA again some day after I can think I'm well prepared regarding my English skills.

Seven years and seven days in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the fourteenth consecutive day and
over 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and nineteenth successive day.

It's quite cloudy today in Nagoya and it looks like it's going to start
raining pretty soon though weather repors say it will not be rainy.
It's cold and dark, so I feel the weather is taking a turn for the worse.
I had a fingertip chap last night and it hurt, so I put some topical cream
with an adhesive.
Now, I feel it's getting better.
Anyway, let's survive this winter.

straight day including the most recent thirteen days of 23 times of them.

It's sunny in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperature of 11 degrees.
And actually now it's about 10 degrees, so the highest temperature might
be more than 11 degrees.
Indeed, I felt it is a little warmer than yesterday while riding my bike
on my way to the workplace.
Anyway I have to have been patient until Decoember 22nd, the midwinter day
or Touji in Japanese.
I'm really looking forward to post-midwinter-day, when the length of daytime
starts getting longer and longer.
