Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and eleven days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the three hundred and twenty-third
consecutive day including the most recent two days of 22 times of them.

It's sunny again in Nagoya today and actually I feel especially cold these few
days though I don't know the reason exactly........
Simply because I might have had a cold, I'm afraid.
I suspect these days' wintry cold has made me feel tired just after waking up
in the morning and made me feel it difficult to get up from my bed.
Anyway, I need much more warmth and sunlight and ....maybe....hope, I guess.＾＾；
