I have been able to prevent myself from smoking for seven years and seventeen days in a row.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and over
15-time push-ups for the threeh hundred and twenty-ninth successive day.

There were many dark clouds in the sky while I was riding my bike on my way
to the workplace, but actualy now it's sunny in Nagoya.
Weather ladies say it will be SNOWY from tomorrow early morning before dawn.
Usually, Nagoya sees snowfall around three times during the winter season.
I hope there will be no accidents triggered by snowfall around this area.

I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and sixteen days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and
twenty-eighth successive day and 20-time push-ups for the second straight day.

I felt it was actually a little warm this morning and while riding my bike
on my way to the workplace, I noticed that I had forgotten to wear a winter
jacket which I usually put on.＾＾；；；
I'm afraid of the way back home,....
I mean, I'm sure I will feel it's much colder than usual.
While writing this, it's getting darker and darker in Nagoya....it looks like
it's going to start raining soon....I really hope not.

I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and fifteen days in a row.
I decreased the number of push-ups due maily to the wintry cold yesterday
by two times to 20 times and kept at least 16-time push-ups for the three
hundred and twenty-seventh consecutive day.

It's sometimes sunny and cloudy as a whole in Nagoya, just like weather
officials say today's weather is going to slowly take a turrn for the worse.
They say it will be rainy late at night.
I'm planning to go shopping for some books in Sakae and I would be
better off taking a folding umbrella with me.
Anyway, it must be lucky that we don't have to worry about snowfall.
Very honestly, I don't like white Christmas because of its freezing cold night.

It has seven years and fourteen days in a row since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and twenty-sixth
straight day including the latest five days of 22-time push-ups.

It's sunny again in Nagoya and I feel the wintry cold is a little milder than usual
though weather reports say it might be rainy tomorrow evening.
The end of 2018 is steadily drawing nearer and nearer.
School boys and girls have entered their winter holidays.
And the happy thing for me is that this year's midwinter day has passed, so
I can enjoy sunlight which is getting longer and longer day by day and month
after month little by little, maybe about one minute per day.
Well, by now, I might start looking forward to the next year's cherry blossoms.

Seven years and thirteen days in a row have passed since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the fourth successive day and more than
15-time push-ups for the three hundred and twenty-fifth straight day.

Though weather ladies say today's highest temperature will be 11 degrees, still
I feel very cold....I might have had a cold again?
I went to an AEON mall in Nagoya and enjoy seeing the movie of "Star Wars 8"
with 3D scenography.
Well, it's not bad, I mean it's good and interesting.
I felt as if the 2-hour-and-35-minute movie were like a short film....
I might have overstated.
I might have to stop talking about this because I do not want to be a spoiler.＾＾；；；
