I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and four days in a row.
I was also able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and sixteenth
successive day including the latest eleven days of 23 times of them.

It's sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperatue
of only six degrees like one of the coldest days of the year.
To my relief, it has not still started snowing and very luckily, weather forecasts
say it will not be snowy in Nagoya though it may be rainy.
Anyway it must be wise for me to take an umbrella with me when I go out.
