I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and three hundred and fifty-eight days in a row.
I was also able to keep 25-time push-ups for the tenth successive day and more
than 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and fifth straight day.
It's beautifully sunny enough to enjoy seeing Mt. Ontake in the far distance
from a bridge near my workplace in Nagoya, which means the air is clear and cold.
Finally, I started an air conditioner at home last night but actually I thought
it was little different from any other day.
And now I'm wondering if I should start using an electric foot warmer today or tomorrow
though I've begun feeling I might be able to do without it for some more time.
