I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and three hundred and sixty-four days in a row.
I was also able to keep 23-time push-ups for the sixth successive day and at least
16-time push-ups for the three hundred and eveventh consecutive day.

It was raining in Nagoya in the early morning, but very luckily, it had just stopped
raining when I was about to leave for my workplace by bike.
But actually, it's so dark and quite cloudy that it looks like it's going to start
raining pretty soon again.
Also, it's very cold and I'm sure today is the coldest day so far this winter.
Very unhappily, I've had a sore throat and took some medicine.
I really hope the pills works very effectively and very soon.
