I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and three hundred and sixty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the three hundred and eighth
straight day including the latest three days of 23 times of them.

It's normally sunny in Nagoya with a little strong winds which are cold winds.
Last night I went to one of the AEON's shopping malls in Nagoya and enjoyed
seeing a movie for the first time in about one year.
It was "Gifted" and I felt it's not so bad, and it was very good for me
that the movie was subtitiled since I could listen to original dialogue in English.
Anyway, the year-end is drawing nearer and nearer, so let's stay accident-free.
