Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for just seven years in a row.
I was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and twelfth
straight day including the latest seven days of 23-time push-ups.

This morning must have been the coldest morning in Nagoya so far this winter
with the lowest temperature of only 0.5 degrees.
I have had a sore throat for two days and I think it's very little by little
getting better though actually it still hurts.
Today is greatly sunny but it's very cold and I wore one more item of winter
jacket when I left for my workplace by bike from my house.
Anyway, I have to be really careful not to worsen this sore throat.
