It has been seven years and twenty days in a row since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the sixth consecutive day and more than
15-time push-ups for the three hundred and thirty-second successive day.

It's cloudy and I'm afraid that it will be rainy in Nagoya on December 31st,
because I am planning a short-distance walking on that day.
Very very unfortunately, I've got a low back pain when I flexed and extended.
I feel it's not so bad, but in my experience, the pain might be worsened later.
I'm very sorry that I might have a painful time at a time of the year-end and New Year peroid.
I really wish all of you accident-free days.
