Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and six days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and eighteenth
straight day including the most recent thirteen days of 23 times of them.

It's sunny in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperature of 11 degrees.
And actually now it's about 10 degrees, so the highest temperature might
be more than 11 degrees.
Indeed, I felt it is a little warmer than yesterday while riding my bike
on my way to the workplace.
Anyway I have to have been patient until Decoember 22nd, the midwinter day
or Touji in Japanese.
I'm really looking forward to post-midwinter-day, when the length of daytime
starts getting longer and longer.
