Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

Seven years and thirteen days in a row have passed since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the fourth successive day and more than
15-time push-ups for the three hundred and twenty-fifth straight day.

Though weather ladies say today's highest temperature will be 11 degrees, still
I feel very cold....I might have had a cold again?
I went to an AEON mall in Nagoya and enjoy seeing the movie of "Star Wars 8"
with 3D scenography.
Well, it's not bad, I mean it's good and interesting.
I felt as if the 2-hour-and-35-minute movie were like a short film....
I might have overstated.
I might have to stop talking about this because I do not want to be a spoiler.＾＾；；；
