jogging on the spot :0 minutes
I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 352 days in a row.
I have stopped doing push-ups for fear of possible worsening of my low back pain,
but resumed standing-on-one-leg from 5 minutes each.
I'm not sure the low back pain I got the day before yesterday is getting better,
but if any, just little by litte.
I'm wondering if I should walk a little because no walking might weaken my low back.
Anyway, I don't feel like writing English here any more.^^;;;
