I stopped walking and doing push-ups yesterday in order to preserve
physical energy as much as possible.
I went to see a doctor because I saw a few drops of blood in my urine.
I was infected with bladder inflammation by Bacillus coli
though I don't know why exactly.
Now the medicine the doctor prescribed is working very well and
the symptoms are almost gone.
And now I cannot find any blood in my urine, but it may be seen under a microscope.
Anyway, I have to be really careful about my daily habits, one of which
perhaps has caused the infection.
I really hope to recover as soon as possible.
