Four years and 336 days in a row have passed since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep more than 19-time push-ups for the fifteenth successive day
including the lastest five days of 22-time push-ups.
After a little warm rain, now it's stopped and is quite cloudy.
Though it looks like it's going to start raining again, weather reports say
it'll continue to be cloudy in Nagoya.....what a relief!
The temperatures must be a little higher than usual November days.
I have not used an electrical foot warmer this autumn yet.....

it has been winter since yesterday, which was the first day of winter or Rittou.
