I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 332 days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 22 times
and kept over 19-time push-ups for the eleventh successive day.

I did a total of 105 minute walking yesterday for the first time in
about one month and went to one of Mac restaurats in Chaya AEON shopping mall.
Completely beautiful blue skies lured me to the walking.
I felt a little tired from walking but actually it made me feel refreshed.
Today again, it's beautifully sunny in Nagoya and actually it's rather warm.
I wish such a great weather would continue....if it goes on like this,
this winter might be a warmer winter just as weather forecasts say.
