It has been four years and 328 days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 21 times
and was able to keep over 19-time push-ups for the seventh straight day.

It's sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel a little colder than yesterday.
I'm wondering if winter air mass is coming down over the Japanese archipelago.
I replaced summer gloves with a little thicker gloves for autumn this morning.
I've begun wearing thicker clothing toward the end of fall.
And my feet have started getting cold with thin socks.
I'm wondering when I should start using an electric foot warmer.
