It has been four years and 331 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep more than 19-time push-ups for the tenth consecutive day
including the latest four days of 21 times of them.

It's greatly beautifully sunny in Nagoya and actually I feel it's warm.
On such a nice day I'd like to enjoy walking if possible.
The perfectly blue skies always makes me put something bad out of my mind.
Weather reports say it will be sunny until Friday, so I have to enjoy
today's weather first.
And it may be about time to start getting mentally prepared for the cold winter.
