Four years and 350 days in a row have passed since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to resumed push-ups for the first time in eight days from 11 times
and I hope to increase the number little by little.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya with a little north wind and today will
be the last day with the highest temperature of 20 degrees.
Weather officials say it'll get much colder tomorrow with the prediceted
highest temperature of only 12 degrees, which can be called winterlike.
Finally, winter weather is just around the corner.
I'll really have to be careful to guard against catching a cold.
