I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 335 days in a row.
I alos was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the fourth straight day and
over 19-time push-ups for the fourteenth consecutive day.

It's been raining in Nagoya since early this morning.
It's not a cold rain with the predicted highest temperature of 19 degrees,
and I came to my workplace by bike, wearing an item of raincoat or capa.
I'd really like to save transportation costs even during the winter season.
Last winter season, I spent about 30,000 yen for taking a bus or a subway,
which was a kind of heavy blow to me.
I have to find a way to come here by bike against the winter cold.
